What’s next?
Alameda County Board of Supervisors and Livermore City Council recently voted to support Tesla preservation. The County and City now join the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District (LARPD) opposing Carnegie expansion and calling for non-OHV uses for Tesla. The support of local public agencies is important as we work to have State Parks preserve Tesla for non-OHV use.

We are preparing for the next steps in the work to preserve Tesla. At this time the OHMVR Division plans to release the Final EIR this Fall. We will need to provide further comments on the Final EIR when released and at the subsequent public hearing. We will start fundraising again for the next stages of the CEQA process.
