Classify Tesla as a Reserve and establish the Hismet Warep Reserve

Tesla is part of the ancestral homelands of the Northern Valley Yokuts from the Central Valley and Ohlone in the East Bay.  On this Indigenous Peoples Day, State Parks should classify Tesla as a Reserve, giving it the name ‘Hismet Warep’ (meaning ‘Sacred Earth’ in the Chochenyo language of the Ohlone people) so that its cultural and natural heritage can be fully protected and honored forever.
