SB 767 passes Assembly WPW Committee
SB 767 (Glazer) – Alameda-Tesla Expansion Area was approved and passed out of the Assembly Water, Parks and Wildlife (WPW) Committee on June 18, 2019. The bill will next be heard in the Assembly Accountability and Administrative Review Committee on July 3, 2019 at 9:30 am.
The bill was amended to add additional co-sponsors:
- Introduced by Senator Glazer and Principal coauthor Assembly Member Bauer-Kahan
- Coauthors Senate: Senators Hill, Wieckowski, Wiener, and Galgiani
- Coauthors Assembly: Assembly Members Berman, Chu, Levine, Quirk, Bonta, Grayson, and Wicks
