State Parks issues Notice of Preparation for Tesla GP/EIR

State Parks has started the formal General Plan and EIR (GP/EIR) process for Tesla with the Notice of Preparation (NOP) issued on January 15, 2025.  For information see the State Parks web site at www.alamedateslaplan.com .

NOP Comment Period – Deadline for receipt February 14, 2025, 5:00 pm – The NOP comment period runs from January 15, 2025 to February 14, 2025 at 5:00 pm.  Comments must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on February 14, 2025.

Scoping Meeting – January 28, 2025, 6:00 pm – State Parks will hold a virtual Scoping meeting on January 28, 2025 at 6:00 pm:

You can help by submitting a comment letter on the NOP calling for Tesla to be classified as a Reserve and for the General Plan and EIR to be prepared based on Reserve classification and our Tesla Reserve Concept Plan.
